Optical Mis-illusion Answer

First looking at the puzzle it might seem confusing but the opitcal illusion is just there as a red-herring. 

If you look around, you will see some stretchesd out letter to the edges of each boxes. Going to the first box with the spinning 1 on it indicating it's the first letter placement. Looking under it will show CC. Go to the second number which is the pink and red circle illusion. Going to the side will shwo a streched out A. And finally go to green illusion with the number 3. At the back there will be a hard to see TT. Combining all 3 combinations will get the final answer:
